Who are you when you're not being who everyone else needs?

Maybe it's time to meet yourself.

A four-day intimate mental health retreat for women who have lost themselves in the roles they carry and are ready for the space to reconnect with what they want, what they need, and who they are beyond being needed.

OCTOBER 2026 · EMERALD COAST, FLORIDA · 4 WOMEN · $3,000

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.

WHY YOU'RE HERE

Somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you wanted.

Or maybe you never learned to ask.  You became much better at paying attention to everyone else.

What do they need?
What will make them happy?
What will keep things OK?
Who do they need me to be?
And somewhere beneath all of that are questions that may feel surprisingly difficult to answer:
What do I want?
What do I need?
What do I like?
Who am I when I'm not considering everyone else first?
Maybe you used to know. Maybe you never really had the space to find out.

Either way, you are curious now.
Who this is for

Still Valley is for the woman who are ready discover who she is beyond the roles that have come to define her.

YOU CONSIDER EVERYONE
ELSE FIRST

You're so used to noticing what everyone else wants and needs that you rarely stop to ask yourself the same questions

YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE TO EVERYONE ELSE

Partner. Mother. Daughter. Professional. Friend. You know how to be all of them. You're just not as sure who you are to yourself.

YOU'RE EXHAUSTED FROM
HOLIDING IT ALL

You are capable. Reliable. The one everyone calls and counts on. And you're so tired of being the strong one.

THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY ROOM FOR YOU IN YOUR OWN LIFE.

Somewhere in all that showing up for everyone else, your own wants, interests, and sense of who you are have gotten buried.

YOU WANT TO KNOW WHO
YOU ARE

Not the version of yourself that performs, manages, or holds it all together. The version who feels grounded, present, and real.

YOU KNOW SOMETHING NEEDS
TO CHANGE

You may not be able to name it yet. But something in you knows.

WHAT MAKES STILL VALLEY DIFFERENT

You don't need to understand yourself more. You need space to understand yourself differently.

Still Valley is intentionally small, immersive, and carefully designed to give you something that can be hard to find in everyday life: enough space to notice yourself.

Here, you have space and permission to slow down enough to begin noticing what you feel, what you need, and what you want.

01

Small by Design

Only four women participate, creating space to be known, supported, and never lost in the group.

02

Four Days Together

Four days away from everyday demands, with the time and space to turn your attention toward yourself.

03

From Understanding to Action

You won't just talk about your patterns. You'll have the space and support to notice and practice what it feels like to choose differently, to choose yourself.

04

Space to Exhale

Rest, nature, nourishing meals, and intentional downtime create space for you to simply be. Without needing to take care of anyone, or anything else.

THE RETREAT ARC

Wednesday through Sunday.

Four days that unfold with intention.

Wednesday

Arriving

The only work tonight is arriving. You are welcomed, settled, and given space to exhale. Nothing is required of you yet.

THURSDAY

Understanding

A day of making sense of the patterns that brought you here. You begin to understand how putting others first became so automatic, why those patterns can be so hard to change, and what becomes possible when you meet them with compassion instead of shame.

FRIDAY

Feeling

The heart of the retreat. You go inward  to meet your inner child, feel what has been waiting, and begin to discover what is yours beneath the roles, expectations, and patterns you've carried.

SATURDAY

Releasing

A day of letting go of what was never yours to carry. Through experiential work, time at the water’s edge, and meaningful ritual, you begin to loosen old shame, expectations, and patterns that make it difficult to choose yourself.

SUNDAY

Landing

You leave with more insight. You leave with a deeper sense of who you are, what you want, and how to keep making yourself a priority when you return home.

THE SETTING

Four days away from you've had to be.

Space to notice what emerges when no one else needs anything from you.

Fit

This experience might be right for you if...

  • You’ve spent so much time considering everyone else that you’re not sure what you want anymore.

  • You understand many of your patterns, but knowing why hasn’t been enough to change them.

  • You’re willing to get curious about who you are beyond the roles you carry.

  • You’re ready to explore yourself honestly and compassionately within a small, supportive group.

This experience may not be the right fit for you if...

  • You are currently in crisis or need a higher level of mental health support than a retreat setting can provide.

  • You are experiencing active suicidal thoughts or are currently struggling with active substance addiction.

  • You are looking for a relaxing getaway without the deeper emotional and therapeutic work.

  • You are not comfortable participating in a small-group experience or engaging in personal reflection.

  • You are looking for someone to tell you what to do, fix your relationships, or make difficult decisions for you.

Still Valley asks for openness, not perfection. You do not need to arrive with answers, strong boundaries, or a clear sense of who you are.

You only need enough willingness to be curious about yourself and what another way of living might feel like.
